Ascend Works, formerly International Builders Concrete (IBC), has been constructing precast construction components for over a decade. New ownership change has added almost 20 years of construction project management to its repertoire alongside the dedication, friendliness and professionalism you have known from IBC. Josh purchased IBC from the Eldridge family after our founder, Ron, passed. He knew that this was a great small business that needed to be in business and grow!
